Release of Liability:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the metal shaping class held at Baileigh Industrial ("the Shop"). I understand that metal shaping involves the use of potentially dangerous tools and equipment, and that participation in this class carries certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this class.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Shop, its owners, employees, instructors, and any other participants from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Shop, its owners, employees, instructors, or otherwise, while participating in the metal shaping class or while in, on, or upon the premises where the class is being conducted.

Medical Treatment:

I give permission for the Shop to seek emergency medical treatment for me in the event of an accident or injury. I understand that the Shop will make every effort to contact my emergency contact as soon as possible. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

Photo and Video Release:

I grant the Shop permission to take photographs and videos of me during the class and to use these photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes, including on the Shop’s website and social media platforms.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Shop, its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, and related costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the metal shaping class.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

I have read this Release of Liability and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
