Its solid machined and anodized aluminum body with hardened, precision-machined internal gears yields consistent bead quality over many years of service.
Manual Operation & Mounting: This bead former operates completely manual with a removable handle and mounts easily to a bench or vise with the included mounting blocks, freeing the operator from complicated setups and allowing quick production of bead profiles.
Bead Forming Precision: Designed specifically for thin-wall tubing, the BF-035 produces reliable beads thanks to replaceable friction points running on bronze bushings and a round bead profile that works right out of the box.
