Industrial Construction: The Baileigh Industrial BR-22 Bead Roller is built with a heavy-duty cast iron body that provides rigidity and long service life in metal forming environments. Its bench-mounted design clamps securely to tables or workbenches, making it ideal for repeated bead forming tasks in HVAC, automotive, and aircraft sheet-metal work.
Capacity & Layout: This manual bead roller handles up to 22-gauge mild steel and features a 7″ throat depth to reach beads in tight or recessed areas of panels. The roller head can swivel and pivot for clearance and flexibility during forming operations.
Tooling & Control: The BR-22 includes 6 forming rolls commonly used in HVAC jobs (¼″ turning, ⅛″ turning, wiring, crimping, burring, and ogee beads). Adjustable depth stops on each side and a top knob let operators make repeatable lines and adjust forming depth quickly.
