Product Description: The Baileigh BB-4814 is a heavy-duty manual box & pan brake engineered to bend and form sheet metal up to 14 gauge mild steel and 18 gauge stainless steel across its 48″ working width — making it ideal for HVAC ductwork, custom enclosures, and precision metal fabrication. The fully welded steel framework ensures strength and rigidity so the brake maintains accuracy even at full capacity.
Industrial Functionality: Built with shop-grade durability, the BB-4814 includes nine hardened fingers of varying sizes that allow fabrication of boxes and pans of different dimensions with a maximum box depth of 4″. Dual heavy counterweights on the apron assist with lifting and lowering the brake beam to reduce operator fatigue during repetitive bending tasks, while the integrated reinforced floor stand provides optimum balance and stability.
