Double Pinch Hydraulic Roll Bender: The Baileigh R-H85E Double Pinch Roll Bender utilizes a double-pinch hydraulic system that drives two bottom rolls independently with a fixed top roll to minimize wasted straight material and maintain precise bending control. Its heavy-duty steel design delivers consistent performance in demanding fabrication environments.
Powerful, User-Friendly Operation: With 220 V 3-phase power and three driven hardened steel rolls, the R-H85E features a movable control podium with digital roll position readout and programmable stops for repeatability. Foot pedal controls and the ability to bend material in both vertical and horizontal positions add flexibility for shop workflows.
