Product Description: The Baileigh BB-4816 is a rugged and reliable heavy-duty box & pan brake designed for industrial sheet metal fabrication, HVAC work, and custom forming applications. This manual brake handles up to 16 gauge mild steel across a 48″ working width, giving fabricators the capacity and control needed for precise bends and box formations.
Industrial Bending Performance: Built with a fully welded main beam and apron, the BB-4816 maintains accuracy and resists deformation — even under full load. The included heavy counterbalance weight reduces operator effort, while 16 hardened fingers of varying lengths and a 4″ maximum box depth make it easy to produce a wide range of box, pan, and channel shapes. This brake can be mounted to the included heavy-duty stand or secured to a bench for added versatility in workshop setups.
