Electric Ring Roller for Fabrication Shops: The Baileigh R-M10E Manual Roll Bender is an electric-powered ring roller designed to bring higher productivity to metal forming compared with the manual R-M10 model. It is ideal for bending 1.25″ OD (.078″ wall) mild steel tubing and 1″ schedule 40 pipe into complete circles or curved profiles with precision and ease.
Built for Versatility & Durability: This roll bender features an open-face design that accommodates full circles and a reduction gearbox to reduce operator effort throughout the forming process. The machine includes segment rolls for flat bar, angle iron, and square tubing, hardened rolling shafts on bronze bushings for long life, and a strong cast steel head machined for accuracy at full capacity. The base also provides a storage cabinet for convenience.
