Hydraulic Profile Bender: The Baileigh R-M55H Profile Bender adds a hydraulic system to the trusted R-M55 platform to control the top forming roll, making it easier to achieve precise, repeatable radii with less effort. Rugged heavy steel plate construction ensures the machine maintains accuracy and resists flex even when bending at full capacity.
Hydraulic Drive & Advanced Controls: Powered by 220 V single-phase electricity, the R-M55H features a direct gearbox drive system that delivers full torque at high capacity along with a variable-speed inverter to finely adjust rolling speed. An independent, movable control pedestal includes a digital readout for top roll position and foot pedalcontrols for easy forward/reverse operation.
